Knowledge about market competition for commodity Work experience to handle demanding customers from overseas facilities, satisfy their requirements in terms of timely supports without deviating Internal controls.
Willing to work in shifts .
Experience to work with team for cost saving initiatives, addressing issues of suppliers & plants.
Command of analytical activities in MS Excel system.

PROFILE OF JOB HOLDER
Bachelor of Engineering degree preferably in Mechanical.
Around 5 to 6 years of exposure to product design and application.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and drive projects in line with strategic plan/business plan
Coach and mentor the design team
Generate drawings of bearings, New products and VAS assembly, in line with group standards and approval
Initiate and participate in Design of new products, product development, sample development
Identify the training needs/ competence and skill of the team members.
