Role Specification:

· Business Development and sales responsibility for Healthcare Business( Fluid Systems) in Southern India

· Identifying and Developing new markets and concept selling

· Key account management and channel management

· Understanding the applications of the product and providing solutions to the customers

Previous Experience:

· Should have experience in handling a region/ area directly

· Selling equipments/consumables/spares to pharma & bio pharma industry & laboratories

· Experience of business development to industrial customers.

· Experience in managing distributors is desired

· Ability to carry out customer trials and approvals.

· Understanding of manufacturing processes.

Sr Executive HR

Qualification: MBA HR, PGDHRM, MSW

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 2 to 4 yrs

Job Description

  • 3-5 years, exp in Recruitment /Post Recruitment in a Manufacturing / Marketing Industry.
  • Define job requirement, post positions, source candidates from database or through referrals, Consultants and job portals.
  • Interact with Senior sales managers of the Company to identify suitable candidates from the Surgical market.  
  • Scan thru resumes, shortlist candidates & conduct preliminary interview.
  • Interview them over phone / AV mode to ascertain their suitability, reliability & personality.
  • Coordinating with the candidate and the Line managers in all stages of recruitment like, interview, selection and joining.
  • Taking Care of Joining formalities & Induction of the new Employees.

Nature of Experience :

 

·         Experience in a Manufacturing / Marketing firm of reasonable size, preferably in Pharma Company.

·          Experience on the entire gamut of HR activities

 

Essential Skills :

  • Strong exposure in MS-Office skills (Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Sound knowledge of law.
