| Major Job Responsibilities |
| · Ensure compliance to TS 16949 requirements · Ensure compliance to Control Plan, correctness of Control Plan, Quality checksheets, Errorproof & Mastering log · DPS initiation, root cause anlysis & coordination for actions for all inhouse quality issues · Immediate response to out of Alarm FTQ issues, high scrap issues & driving for immediate containment & corrective actions · Reactive containment activities & monitoring the status · Lead QCC teams on problem resolution · Conducting in house PPAP for engineering changes · Needs to have hands on experience on the measuring instruments & measuring equipments. · Need to have the basic concepts like QC tools and Measurement concepts |
| Experience/Education |
| Diploma in Engineering/Degree in Engineering with 3 yrs min experience as Shop floor quality supervisor from automotive part manufacturing unit |
| Fair knowledge on GD&T and print reading |
| Knowledge of measurement & gauging techniques |
| High interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees |
| Should be conversant with QS 9000/TS 16949 |
| Should be conversant with Customer requirements. |
| QCC knowledge would be added advantage |
| Speaking Kannada language is essential |
