Job Description:
  • Engineer shall be responsible for engineering & design of electrical & control system.
  • Engineer shall be responsible for developing the PLC software required for different projects / SPM’s.
  • Engineer shall be responsible timely delivery of all materials pertaining to each project in co-ordination with purchase
  • Engineer will handle multiple projects under the supervision of the Automation Head
  • Engineer will be responsible for Quality of the materials and shall ensure the manufacturing of control system as per specification
  • Engineer shall be responsible for the Quality Documentation.
  • Engineer shall assist automation head for sourcing, indigenizing the control components, in developing the new vendors.
  • Engineer will be involved in the commissioning and after sales support on various projects as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • BE – Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation with First class
  • Experience in design of control system
  • Experience in PLC & software development
  • Experience in vendor development.
  • Good in inspection and measurement techniques
  • Experience in assembly , testing & commissioning
  • Exposure to modern Quality Systems
  • Design of electrical & Control system
  • Sourcing & indegenising the electrical & controls components
  • Knowledge of ACAD

Design Engineer - SPM

Job Description:
  • To be responsible for Planning and Detailing of Project Engineering Activities.
  • Be responsible for generating Design Output in terms of detail drawings, specifications and bill of materials within the Project Schedule time frame.

Candidate Profile:

  • B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with First class
  • Experience in handling a similar Design Function Project/ Manufacturing organization.
  • Sound knowledge in general mechanical design principles & concepts; knowledge in techniques and products used in Industrial Automation is desirable; proficiency in usage of AutoCad software is a must

Asst Manager - IR

REPORTS TO : FACTORY HR MANAGER ( GM)

A. KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To support the Plant Personnel Manager in maintaining healthy employee relations at the plant. To support the manufacturing team to get maximum output from the workforce at the factory location

B. PROFILE OF THE JOB HOLDER

Ø A postgraduate in Personnel / Labor Studies.
Ø Hands on experience of 5+ years in Personnel, IR and Welfare areas. Exposure / degree in Labor laws will be an added advantage.

C. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To facilitate the implementation of the workmen policies.
2. To keep the factory management updated on the IR practices in the neighboring industries.
3. To manage the Wage and Salary administration of the location by maintaining the time office and related records and documents.
4. To ensure that the legal compliances under the various acts are maintained as per requirements.
5. To ensure effective implementation of the standing orders.
6. To provide all necessary data to the Plant Personnel Manager to enable him to undertake Wage negotiations.
7. To facilitate, implement, monitor and control all worker welfare activities at the factory level within the specified budget.
8. To undertake necessary steps and support the factory management to ensure that discipline is maintained at the location.
9. To conduct enquiries, issue charge sheets and undertake proceedings in front of the Labor Commissioner and various courts as required.
10. To ensure effective administration of the Telephone and Transport facilities at the location.
