Area Sales Manager

Location :

Bangalore, Vijayawada & Mumbai (one position in each location)

Qualification :
Science Graduate

Age :
30 to 35 years

Experience :
Work experience of 8 to 10 years post qualification

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for end to end business generation from the territory.
• Responsible for leading, guiding, mentoring & coaching the team of Field Officers for achieving & exceeding budgeted sales on consistent basis.
• Responsible for appointing & managing Distributors & Stockists
• Management of vacant territory & recruitment of the right candidates against the vacant position.
• Responsible to ensure the proper implementation of the policies & strategies designed by the Headoffice in field.
• Handling of all the issues related to assigned region with in the parameters framed by the central office.


Nature of Experience :

• Experience in Pharma or Surgical industry only

Essential Skills :

• Excellent track record of man management.
• Excellent track of target achievement.
• Knowledge of the region
