Graduate mechanical engineer with at least 10 years experience in Project management, Procurement of equipment and parts (local as well as imported), co-ordination with consultants, customers, vendors, design and commercial team and our Principals in Europe is a must. He should be able to handle projects in totality including warranty issues, spares requirements till plant is handed over for commercial operation within budgeted time and costs. Order management, design hour and cost control, project follow-up skills are must. Knowledge of various design standards and codes along with fair understanding of drawings and part lists and modern EDP system is required.

Major Job Responsibilities: Create and send supplier forecast, schedule and bulletins to suppliers.Determine Supplier Parts Buffer Requirements. Maintain planning parameters in ERP system. Maintain PFEP.Analyze MRP report to insure MRP run successfully.Monitor, measure, analyze and report supplier performance.Carry out shortage analysis; communicate upcoming shortages to related functions in a timely manner,Refine Supplier Communication Requirements. Ensure effective information flow with suppliers, various departments and within PC&L team,Provide Inventory report $ by ABC. Report and analyze DOH, Slow Moving, In Transit and E&O. Provide initiatives to meet MCR savings target,Identify and Isolate Excess and Obsolete. Determine Material Disposition.Develop / participate PC&L Change Implementation Plan.
