Job Description:

• Lead the change management related activities at site for all new programs, process and product feature changes and I &CIM/MCIP related changes.
• Co-ordinate for change implementation (Product/Process) from EN release to PPAP stage
• Report the status on periodical basis to management.
• Maintain and track the change & review with team periodically
• Train staff on CMII process
• Support MBB on I & CIM related review, meeting and recogintion activities
• Understand and develop the problem solving skills in later stage (Six Sigma, Shainin)

Candidate Profile:

• Worked in Program Management activities with an exposure to Quality System requirements
• Bachelors in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering with 2 to 4 years of experience in shop floor quality assurance activities in an automobile or mechanical industry
• Knowledge of Problem solving tools is required
• Should have worked in a reputed company with ISO 9001/TS 16949 certification
• To be conversant with manufacturing processes like Turning, Milling, Spline Rolling, Carburizing, Induction hardening, Welding
