A global leader in custom plastic injection molding and related manufacturing solutions like design and manufacture of plastic components (customer required plastic products), painting, printing, sub assemblies, contract manufacturing catering to Healthcare, Consumer, Industrial, Electronics, Communication, Packaging and Automotive segments of market. This person will be working from Hosur in Tamilnadu and will have to travel all over India.

Job Description :-
Candidate will be responsible for program management and customer support activity in products / process of in-house / plant.
At a pre sales stage the candidate would support the sales team with technical assistance, prepare product cost estimates/ quotations.
Against order closure the candidate would kick start the activity by assuming full responsibility to release internal products orders, discuss with customer to get complete understanding of the requirement and communicate the same to the design/ manufacturing/ quality teams.
He will coordinate with customer and the company for obtaining design approvals, technical clarifications if any, prepare timelines for the manufacturing and keep customer and management updated on the progress of activities in a timely manner.
Assist and support customer in getting the samples / protocols ready on time, coordinate the trials, inspection reports and discuss with customer for products approval and assume responsibility until full payment is received.
Collection of payments in a timely manner.
Assume leadership in conduct of Customer Meetings and informing all concerned the roles and responsibilities with time lines.
Act as single point of contact for all customers.
Maintaining of various MIS Reports, Preparing weekly & monthly Sales reports, trend charts etc. Desired Profile :-
Candidate should have a technical background with good interpersonal communication skills and Good command of English.
A pleasing personality, confident attitude, able to meet senior level management in Multinational companies and conduct discussions, work with and coordinate with senior level colleagues from overseas.
Candidate must have 3 to 7 years experience in a similar activity in plastic products and components making.
The job requires maintaining strict confidentiality with respect to data/ information provided by customer.
Candidate must be proficient in usage of computers and very comfortable making powerpoint presentations, spreadsheets etc, internet.
