Key Account Manager – Job Description
· Independently manage entire sales activity for designated customer account (s).
· Includes development & execution of strategies for business growth, price realization, profit maximization while achieving customer enthusiasm.
· Meet the
· Meet the annual revenue budget of customer account / plant(s).
· Support internal sales processes for export programs like pricing approval, project approval etc.
· Provide leadership to ensure development of strong relationship of various functions with corresponding functions at customer. E.g.
§ PC & L for deliveries / schedule compliance
§ Quality - rrppm, warranty, customer complaints
§ Engineering - va / ve, product introductions specification development
§ Finance - for receivables realization
· Ensure on time & accurate internal sales reporting, timely updation of databases & maintenance of documentation in line with established systems.
Compliance to
BE (Mechanical) with 5-7 years exp in handling OEM customer
Should be from automotive industry
