REPORTS TO: Commodity Manager
OVERVIEW:The purpose of this position is to coordinate and give support to Divisions and Operations in activities related with procurement of Services and Indirect Material in accordance to the policy and business strategic requirements set by Worldwide Procurement Management. The incumbent will be responsible for speed-up communication among all related Divisions and persons under his/her functional responsibility and maintain a market global view in order to identify opportunities of long terms agreements for material and services; coordinate and drive procurement activities trough the analysis and standardization of programs, procedures and methods among all Divisions involved.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY'S:·
Orientation and coordination of the team under his/her responsibility on the relation with suppliers;·
Build and negotiate Long Terms Agreements taking in account market effects, suppliers and Divisions interests, increasing the number of existing agreements;·
Daily orders reduction;·
Supplier delivery lead time reduction;·
Assure acquisition of services and materials according to Division requests;· Perform acquisition trough e-auction;·
Settle a supplier panel providing a clear supplier performance view.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:· Bachelors Degree in Engineering·
3/5 years experience in services and indirect material sourcing or other purchasing activities·
Team coordination experience· English written and spoken· Law or Legal Affairs specialization· MBA (preferred)
