Job Specs:
For Corporate Administrative Services it is recommended having purchasing exposure of the following commodity: contract labour, call centre, BPO, Security Services, Employee Travel Services.
Complete knowledge about the commodity, supplier base, and criticality.
Knowledge about market competition for commodity.
Work experience to handle demanding customers from overseas facilities, satisfy their requirements in terms of timely supports without deviating Internal controls.
Hands on experience to handle the commodity in indirect area, APV ranging 15 to 40 MUSD. Also, handy experience in dealing with bunch of suppliers from overseas locations.
Willing to work in shifts supporting GMNA / AP timings partially.
Experience to work with team for cost saving initiatives, addressing issues of suppliers & plants.
Command of analytical activities in MS Excel system. Experience of commodity business plan preparation for responsible commodities. Maintain strong working relationship with key stake holders to seek priorities & resources for initiatives also should be able to work quickly on their critical issues.
