Assist the potential customers with queries on product. Be a single point of contact to co ordinate requirements and queries of clients Train additional resources if any
Candidate Profile:
Exposure to storage solutions / appliances (Eg:- NetApp Storage Appliance etc) is a MUST, background in IT Administration is an added bonus Should be from a technology background Good verbal and written skills Good Oral skills Tech Tele Sales experience of at least 2 years Must be OK with night shifts
