EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-8 years of sales management experience
• Very clear communicator, with excellent presentation and writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet monthly and annual sales targets
• Direct experience in selling high value goods to institutional customers
• MBA a plus
• Willing to travel 10-15 days per month
• Strong team player, able to build and motivate sales teams
• Go-getter, who can take initiative and work independently
• Energetic, enthusiastic
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• To meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through sale of remote solar power systems
• To handle large key accounts and effectively close sales
• To scrutinise the banking industry, and target grameena banks that need to adopt a centralised computing system – methodically approach throughout the country
• To identify telecommunication companies that are extending their rural infrastructure – towers – and methodically approach
• Overtime to identify other high potential segments / customers in other industries that require remote power systems
• To work closely with Technical Department to identify non-standard solutions to customer needs
• To write effective, clear proposals that effectively convince customers to buy
