JOB TITLE : Asst.Manager – PLANT ENGINEERING SERVICES
REPORTS TO : MANAGER – PLANT ENGINEERING SERVICES
KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Ensure Availability and Reliability of production machines & other plant machineries, operation & maintenance of utilities services
PROFILE OF THE JOB HOLDER:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical, engineering
- Around 2-3 years experience
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
· Maintenance Activities
- TPM
- Spares Management
- Cost Savings ( reclaimation, import substitution, energy management)
- Reconditioning
- Breakdown , Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
- AMC contracts and execution
- Mandatory / Regulatory periodical return filing to Authorities
· Project Activities
o Layouts execution
o Installation and commissioning of machinery
o Maintenance Activities related to process
o Process Improvements
- New tools procurement and trials
- Localisation of Spares
· EHS related activities
o Identify & implement
o Audit Preparedness
· Quality Assurance activities
- Machine & process capabilities
- Quality audits
- Maintain history cards, calibration & recalibration cycle.
· Vendor Development
- Machinery parts
- SPM
- AMC Services
