Role Title	Functional Consultant
Practice / Group seeking the candidate	Plant Solution & Services – Manufacturing Execution System
Location(s) of the role	Pune/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai
Recommended Candidate Profile	You are currently involved in mapping and reengineering business processes, architecting solution architecture for To-Be processes, designing Manufacturing Execution systems applications interfacing with ERP/ PLC/ DCS, Industrial Drives, & HMI/ SCADA based automation platforms for one or many of the following domains: •          Solar / FAB / Semiconductor manufacturing process experience •          Exposure/Experience on SEMI / HEMI communication protocols •          Product exposure on following MES COTS - Eyelit MES, PeerFactory MES, Camstar MES for solar and semiconductor, AMAT FAB 300 / FactoryWorks, Promis MES, IBM Si-View and GE Fanuc MES etc •          Middle ware exposure on shop floor connectivity using Brooks Automation (Applied Material E3), Eyelit Factory Connect, Peer Group Fast Framework etc. •          Should have understanding of all the standard protocols and the candidate should be able to offer software solution which can function properly in Semiconductor space. •          Candidate should be conversant with system communication technique and should have knowledge of communication protocols  SECS/GEM, HSMS and OPC etc •          Candidate who has done interfacing for more than one PECVDs with SECS/HSMS and is expert in ACLS/Sputtering systems
Educational Qualifications	You should preferably have a graduate or postgraduate engineering degree in Chemical/ Industrial/Process/Instrumentation/Computer from a reputed institute with an excellent academic record. Other engineering graduate or postgraduate with strong manufacturing domain knowledge are also welcome.
Skills / Experience Sought	You must have 5-10 years experience in one or many of the following areas: o    Experience of direct manufacturing or other functional experience in a manufacturing company such as Production Planning & Control, Information systems etc. o    Expertise in best industry practices and methodologies (Semiconductor Industry) o    Experience in configuring any of following MES packages (Eyelit MES, PeerFactory MES, Camstar MES for solar and semiconductor, AMAT FAB 300 / Factory Works, Promis MES, IBM Si-View and GE Fanuc MES etc) o    Specific domain knowledge relevant to technology implementation or industry specific solutions (Semiconductor Industry) o    Good communicator – both written and in executive level presentation o    Knowledge of industry standards e.g. S95, S88 etc will be highly appreciated
